FREE 1-3 Day Shipping eligible for In-Stock items on orders $35+

Products eligible for FREE 1-3 Day Shipping will be designated by the icon on the product page, in the cart and at checkout.  Freight items are excluded from the 1-3 Day Shipping.

Freight Items

Items that ship freight will estimate a live rate from common carriers. It is always best to e-mail or call us toll-free at +1 (800) 840-4968 to request an exact quote. We regret that Freight Items cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

Free Freight Items

Free Freight Items can be found throughout our site. This offer is free only to business addresses and waives the shipping fee only. Businesses requiring lift-gate service will incur an additional fee. Residential addresses—both those requiring and not requiring lift-gate service—will not be charged freight; they will, however, be charged accessorial surcharges for each of these services. As above, Free Freight Items cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

International Orders

We regret that we are unable to accept international orders at this time.  Canadian credit card orders will be accepted, but items must be shipped to a US address.

APO and FPO Addresses

Because BLOOOOOOM LLC’ primary carrier, UPS, will not deliver to overseas military APO and FPO addresses, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate such orders at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Order Processing & Delivery

In-Stock items on orders $35+* placed before 2 PM CST will ship the same business day (excludes weekends & holidays). Items that state, “Ships Directly from Manufacturer” may require 7-10 business days until shipped due to longer processing/shipping times. If you would like to inquire about a drop-ship product please give us a call at +1 (800) 840-4968 and have the Item number ready for our Customer Hero Department representative. 

We take extra care in verifying every order we receive. This process is one that we strive to accomplish within the timeframe for your order to ship out or be sent over to the manufacture who drop ships your order. In certain situations, our order verifying process can delay your order from shipping. Please be sure to include accurate information when you are placing your order so if need be we can contact you at the information listed in an attempt to get your order out the same day (if in-stock within our warehouse).

Please verify stock status prior to placing an order as we cannot accurately estimate transit times for out-of-stock items.

BLOOOOOOM LLC is not responsible for lost//stolen packages. If you feel your package was misdelivered you can contact our Customer Hero Department and we can coordinate with the package handling service to initiate a lost package investigation. If the package handling service is unable to locate the package or provides documentation that the package was delivered to the correct address it is at the sole discretion of BLOOOOOOM LL Cas to the resolution, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund depending on the outcome of the lost package investigation.
